Anxiety and OCD can get in the way of young adults taking crucial next steps in their development. Launch Pad, utilizing the SPACE-FTL curriculum will support parents in building a framework for their adult children to learn to become more independent, support themselves, reach educational goals, and find employment. This group is both instructive and supportive.
This group meets for 7 group sessions and one individual session. The fee for the group is $960

Feeding your child is one of the most fundamental and deeply felt responsibilities of parenting. But few things are more frustrating than trying to get an anxious child to eat. SPACE is an evidence-based, parent-focused treatment designed for children who are extremely picky eaters or have an ARFID (Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder) diagnosis. In this specialized course, you’ll learn practical strategies and skills to make mealtimes smoother and more productive. You'll gain the tools to help your child break free from rigid food avoidance patterns and stop the cycle of endless meal preparation, negotiating, begging, and worrying about your child's health and well-being related to food.
This course includes 8 group sessions and one individual session.
All sessions are on Zoom
Price: $1080 for eight group sessions and one family session and includes up to 2 parents/caregivers. Eligible for out of network reimbursement with most PPO plans.

Rooted in the principles of positive psychology, the group focuses on helping you break free from old patterns that keep you feeling stuck, and guiding you toward new strategies for living a more connected and value-driven life.

She specializes in anxiety, depression, OCD, and complex medical issues, providing her clients with the support and tools they need to live a meaningful, self directed life and find more joy and connection in their families.
